This camp is designed for players from Novice to Midget (forwards, defense and goaltenders) whose goal is to improve their game while still having fun in the company of qualified and motivational instructors.
INCLUDED DAILY
(for example)
3 hours on ice training
- 1st session: powerskating, starts, stops, crossovers, pivots, direction changes.
- 2nd session: individual tactics; 2 on 1, 1 on 1, 2 on 2, checking and finding open ice.
- 3rd session: hockey game.
Child supervision
- person responsible for each group
- certified coaches responsible for children on the ice at all times
- qualified personnel responsible for the security and discipline of each child
2 hours of off ice training daily
- hockey specific training; passing, puck handling, shooting
- hockey specific fitness training
Nutritious meal available (supplement - $60)
